Milestone 2: Analyzing Data with a Scrum Master

If you have been following my progress, you may have noticed that I have committed myself to developing an application that simplifies the process of finding rental properties without incurring high fees. Since my initial post, many individuals have reached out to join this community project. We have already conducted a few sprint sessions to make progress.

In this post, I would like to highlight some of the valuable feedback we received from our recent survey. With the guidance of a skilled Scrum Master( Eng Chefu Beltus), we thoroughly analyzed the data collected from the survey form.

During our meeting, we delved into various questions and gathered responses from participants. Here is a brief overview of the questions asked and the corresponding feedback provided by the participants.

After reviewing the data provided above, the Scrum Master derived the following essential results required by the users.

I want to express my gratitude to everyone who filled out the survey. Your input has been incredibly valuable in shaping this project. I initially came up with the idea out of my own frustrations, and your participation has given me even more confidence in its potential.

As we continue with our sprint sessions, my next milestone will be developing the database further. This is a crucial part of creating a user-friendly platform that helps people find rental properties without high fees.

Additionally, I've put a lot of effort into creating a comprehensive UML diagram. This visual representation acts as a blueprint for the project, showing the system's structure and how different components relate to each other. By incorporating insights from the survey, we ensure that the application meets the needs and preferences of our users.
